Ingredients:
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/8 cup siracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1/8 cup ketchup (alternatively you can just use 1/4 cup ketchup if you don't like or don't have siracha)
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 lb ground Turkey
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
Method:
- In a large skillet heat oil and add onion, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until softened (about 3 min)
- In a bowl beat egg and stir in onion mixture, chili sauce + ketchup, and worcestershire.
- Add in ground turkey and sprinkle with oats. Mix until combined
- Press mixture into a loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour and let stand 5 minutes
