I made this cilantro avocado buttermilk dressing last Friday to go with our dinner salads. Jeff loved it on his but I didn't think it was anything very special. Partially because I put in an entire jalapeno and the spiciness overwhelmed all of the other flavors. Anyway, I had a bunch leftover and decided to use it as a marinade on some chicken breasts a few nights later. It was amazing! Method:
Throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour over chicken/turkey/ salmon and let sit refrigerated for a few hours
grill/bake and enjoy!
