Weekly meals

Last weeks meals were dee-lish. Meat loaf never happened; it takes an hour to bake and I just never got around to making it early enough to have for dinner. Round two will happen this week :)

This week:

  • Steak with roasted beets + veggies and salad
  • Tilapia over greens w/ roasted squash
  • Roasted turkey, green beans, sweet potatoes, veggies, and cranberry sauce
  • Next day turkey soup
  • Meat w/spaghetti sauce and veggies
  • Meat Loaf + salad and veggies
